Dear Guests;

We would like to share the following precautions that have been implemented and/ or will be implemented for the safety and peace of mind of all present.

  • A core team to manage Covid-19 situation is established in our hotel to take immediate action.
  • A designated facility for isolation is in place for probable cases among our guests and personnel.
  • Health care personnel is on duty in our hotel for emergency assistance. In addition, a contracted health care provider with doctors and a team of health care personnel is located 50 meters away from our hotel, where 24 hrs assistance and health advise is provided.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory in all public areas, excluding dining, drinking and swimming activities.
  • Hand Sanitization Units are in place in all public areas.
  • All of our personnel is subject to medical screening followed up by our Workplace Doctor and Workplace Health and Safety Specialist.
  • All of our personnel is trained and certified for “Hygiene Training”.
  • All of our personnel is trained and fully informed about the hotel’s policy and preventive measures on the matter of “Epidemic and Virus Spread Prevention”.
  • Temperature checks on our employees is imposed at entry the time of hotel entry.
  • All of our personnel areas are designed in order to maintain social distancing rules. All of our personnel is supplied with personal hygiene items and personal protective equipment. They have been trained for reponsible use of these items and hygiene.
  • All of our personell’s uniforms are washed at 60-80 C degrees and ironed.
  • All personnel buses carry up to %50 of capacity and face masks are mandatory, the vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. All procedures are dully recorded for quality assurance purposes.
  • Separate meal times are arranged for our service personnel who provide hotel’s services for our guests and rear service area personnel to maintain zero contact.
  • Hand sanitization at entry to the hotel for our guests’ use.
  • All guests must undergo a mandatory temperature check at entry, if / when guests present symptoms, in line with the current law, this information will be disclosed to the symptomatic guest in privacy and he/she will be subject to the written instructions of our action plan.
  • Safe social distancing of a minimum of 1,5 m is facilitated with demarcated floor signs at the Check-in area.
  • All guests are mandated to fill in and sign a health declaration form and preventative measures form.
  • All room cards have been sanitised and are given to the guest in a sealed plastic bag
  • Luggage assistance and Vale service is availbe on request. When necessary a Bellboy will assist you and take the luggage to your room door. Guest luggage is sanitised with disinfectant. Bellboy will not accompany our guests in elevators.
  • All rooms are well ventilated, stringently cleaned and disinfected as per safety procedures and hygiene protocol before your access.
  • Room cleaning is carried out by trained housekeeping staff wearing a separate kit of Personal Protective Equipment, including a face mask, gloves, hat cap and overshoes for every separate room. Cleaning and disinfection is carried out by wipes for single use. Every housekeeper will carry antibacterial hand sanitiser and POSI kit in their station.
  • Kettles, TV sets, air-conditioner’s remote controls, etc. and high-touch surfaces are sanitised on a frequent basis in every room during cleaning.
  • Air-conditioner’s filters are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis and dully recorded for quality assurance purposes.
  • All rooms are cleaned and sanitised using alcohol and chlorine based sanitisers accredited by the Ministry of Health.
  • Our housekeepers do not shake any bed linen when changing your bed linen. Wash temperatures for all bed linen are maintained at 60-90 degrees Celsius and disinfected by steaming.
  • All guest toileteries for daily use are sanitised before your use. Any excess of guest toileteries will be destroyed after a guest’s check out.
  • All cleaning and disinfection process will be recorded and supervised by our trained housekeeping management.
  • Dear Guests, our cooks are preparing nutritional tasty meals to boost your immune system. Your wellbeing has always remained to be our priority.
  • All food and drink provided or produced is sourced from reliable suppliers. Suppliers are regularly checked by our team of Food and Beverage Safety. The process of production (cooking) / presentation is controlled by our Food Engineer.
  • Hand sanitisation units are available for our guests use in all of our restaurants and bars.
  • Entry and Exit doors to our restaurant are separate, please follow directions.
  • The Buffets layout has been covered by plexy. Our chefs will be serving meals to our guests. Restaurant and bar seating arrangements have been clearly marked on the floor.
  • After guests are seated a single use set of salt, pepper and napkins will be served to table. The type of bread we serve is Bread Rolls and a designated personnel will be serving bread rolls to tables.
  • Antibacterial hand sanitiser is available on all tables.
  • The use of common sharable Tea and Coffee machines has been temporarily paused, our waiters will be serving tea and coffee to tables.
  • Before new guests arrive all high-touch surfaces of chairs and tables in the restaurants and bars are cleaned and disinfected, ready for the use by other guests.
  • Entire food and beverage areas fully meet the standards set out by HACCP Food Safety system and our personnel has been trained on this subject.
  • By appointment only, all guests’ entry and exit will be recorded.
  • All items for single use (scrub, soap, shower gel, shampoo etc.).
  • Sauna, Turkish Bath (Hamam) and Steam Room use is restricted to social distancing plan.
  • Changing rooms, showers, toilets and other shared areas are disinfected on a regular basis.
  • Our entertainment team has planned activities for our guests to enjoy, in view of the new requirements for social distancing.
  • Guests temperature will be checked at entry to Fitness area and recorded. If / when guests present symptoms, in line with the current law, this information will be disclosed to the symptomatic guest in privacy and he/she will be subject to the written instructions of our action plan.
  • Fitness area is used by appointment, and all entry and exit of guests will be recorded.
  • Safe distancing is encouraged through remodelled layouts and controlled use. All fitness equipment is duly sanitised after every use.
  • Our Fitness room and its equipment are disinfected every morning before the opening, for each of the appointments, and after the closure at nigh.
  • In compliance with the current instructions and regulations by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, we are continually monitoring the levels of Chlorine, PH and temperature, following with frequent analysis of microbiological and chemical tests, along with the hygiene requirements. Our professional personnel with appropriate training in these fields are rigorously working on the above matters.
  • Sunbeds are placed by the swimming pool and on the beach to re- enforce social distancing. When a new guest claims a sunbed our personnel will perform cleaning and disinfection of a sunbed.
  • Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds, not only your palms but also your arms up to your elbows with soap and water.
  • After you cough/sneeze do not touch anywhere or anyone. Virus may be transmitted by air it is important wash your hands before you brush your teeth, wash your throat, face and eyes, before cooking or eating food, before and after your use of toilet, after you touch your hair, face, paper money, animals, after you return to your room.
  • Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Avoid contact with persons who show signs of fever or respiratory problems.
  • Unfortunatelly it is not enough to use a sanitiser alone. All electronic devices like a telephone, a tablet, a laptop, a headphone / earpiece, a charger etc.) should be cleaned by wipes for single use on a regular basis.
  • Keep humidity under control by frequent ventilation of the area you are in.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a mask. Disinfect your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser or wash your hands with water and soap before putting on a face mask. Do not reuse disposable face masks.
  • To remove a face mask take the elastics from around your ears, or take the elastics from over your head and neck, or untie the strings or straps from behind your head and neck. If mask is disposable place it in a closed bin. Cleanse your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser or wash your hands with soap and water.
  • Do not share your food, personal items and towel with anyone.
  • Whenever possible please use your elbow or shoulder to open and close the doors to avoid hand touch.
